Rules & Policies

1. The posts and comments must follow the given format with hashtags, else they won’t be counted when we pick the winner
2. Contest begins on the day of our Android launch and will end in three weeks from launch.
3. Competition is open to participants across the globe.
4. Family members of KeyPoint Technologies and employees from KeyPoint Technologies are not permitted to enter the contest.
5. Contest will be assessed only via the comments/posts received on our Social pages and the direct emails received at adapxter@keypoint-tech.com< which details out the participant’s social engagement.
6. The winner will be notified directly by KeyPoint Technologies in due course of time
7. The decision of the panel at KeyPoint Technologies is final and process will not be open to participants. Neither will the panel engage in any correspondence with participants on the decision making.
8. Winner agrees that their name and details of their entry may be used for promotional purposes by, but not limited to, KeyPoint Technologies.
9. The prize consists of one free Android device and will not be substituted for cash or other alternatives. The winner on notification will need to get back with the shipping address. The shipping costs will be borne by KeyPoint Technologies. KeyPoint will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
10. Other conditions will be applicable as per the policies from KeyPoint Technologies.
